We have a simple 3-Step Process
3 STEP PROCESS
STEP 1: LOCATE PROPERTIES
You find properties that are located in nice neighborhoods that fit our buying criteria.
STEP 2: SUBMIT FORM
You fill out our short referral form and submit the information. You’ll receive a reply email time stamped and dated with an ID # for your submission.
STEP 3: GET PAID
Once you submit the information we attempt to contact the owner to negotiate a deal. If we buy the house than we’ll send you a check for $1,000 after we close on the property. If you can get us the owners contact information and arrange a meeting we can pay you a JV commission and make even more money.

Note: We don’t buy houses that are condemned by the city or houses that are already under contract with another realtor.
